</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%">Samantha, as I read your answer to the question, I couldn’t
help but feel like I was reading something about myself. I am also both an
extrovert and feeler. I reason that these two characteristics can be both
beneficial and harmful in many ways. Beneficial in the fact that we will not
only be able to approach and interact with others very easily, but others will
also feel as though they can approach us. This will also benefit when
interacting with the community in an open system setting. I’m really glad you
brought up the fact that extroverts would be vulnerable to being less independent
and in return possibly less productive as this is something that I did not
think about. In conjunction to this negative, another thing that you might want
to think about, is that as extroverts we can sometimes come across as pushy or
obnoxious. For this reason, we need to learn how to control ourselves and be
able to tell when enough is enough.<span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%">I am also a feeler not by much, but I still lean in
that direction. I have a feeling that I already know how this characteristic
will affect me as an administrator both in a positive and negative manner.
Positively because I care about people, their feelings and trying to do what I believe
will make them happy and possibly encourage them to do better. The negative
side of this personality trait is that we can tend to overlook certain rules
and regulation so somebody’s feelings do not get hurt. In return, this could
cause us issues down the road when another situation surfaces and our decisions
or punishments do not match up. Again, thanks you Samantha for being open and
honest about your strengths and weaknesses.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11pt">After completing the personal style inventory, I learned
some interesting facts about myself. I feel that being an extrovert, it would
give me some advantages in becoming an administrator. I feel comfortable
interacting with other and I think it would make more open with stakeholders to

that his character trait would make me vulnerable to would be having less
independence or always feeling the need to have people around me. I don't
really feel like I need to have people around me all the time but I feel like
this could be a weakness for me. During the next two years, I need to work on
being more independent and task-oriented. Another character trait that I
learned about myself is that I am more of feeler than a thinker. I think this
is a great personality trait to have because it means you care about other. But
I also think that this could be a weakness as an administrator. There could be
some cases where you need to stick to the rules and not make exceptions due to
individual cases. Intrinsic motivation is the key to success is my mind. I like
to feel productive and I think this would help me as an administrator. I will
need to realize some people may need to be extrinsic motivators and i would try
to push them to be more motivated by intrinsic reasons. I think that there are
strengths and weakness to all peoples character traits and we would need to
find a balance to</span><span style="font-size:11pt"> </span><span style="font-size:11pt">be a productive
