Transactional, Rational, Tightly coupled, and Weberian all have management,
structure, authority and goal oriented aspects within them.  They also have
a formula type of action where you put something in and receive a wanted
return.

Transformational, Natural, Professional, and Loosely coupled are also a
match where all are change oriented toward a particular vision.  These are
leadership terms that focus on human needs, relationships, and intrinsic
motivation.  This allows stakeholders to take the lead on things with
intentions to reaching a defined vision.
