*Expert Power*- Expert power is based on what one knows, experience, and
special skills or talents. It is perceived that you know more than everyone
else due to your title, but doesn’t necessarily mean you are an expert.
(Experts: Nurse, Secretary, cook, bus driver, teacher in subject area,
technology IT person).

Should be used if it is for the good of the organization or mass population.

Should not be used to exert an authoritative position.
