Being charming does not always lead to a desirable climate because you would be avoiding the conflict and shrewdness creates a closed community and leaves the principal disconnected.
(2) the potential challenges of maintaining openness in faculty relations
Keeping your openness solution based and not just a complaint sessions.
Keeping it professional and productive.
(3) the reasons that you would or would not want to provide leadership for a healthy climate? Providing leadership for a healthy climate would be ideal because you would not have to overcome negative moral and would have a vision to continue the healthy environment.
