It consists of five courses:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> CONS 2500: Families as Consumers in Global Communities<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> CONS 3100: HR for Customer Service Professions<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> CONS 3890 Career Development for Customer Service Professions OR RFPD 3890 Professional Career Search Strategies<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> CONS 4953: Workshop in Customer Service<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> CONS 4915: Internship in Customer Service (3-12 hours)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As you can see, with the RFPD major, you practically have a built in Customer Service Minor. You would need to complete one additional “course” – the customer service workshop and an internship (beyond the major work experiences for RFDP). The Customer Service Internship can be between three (3) and 12 credit hours.
