I'm emailing because we will be needing to fill my position here at Kismet, starting in the beginning of July. The Kismet Store Manager position is a great first step for anyone who is interested in pursuing a future in Retail Management. You get to be extremely hands on here and let your creativity shine- the floor layout, mannequin styling and fixtures are completely up to you as manager. You will lead a small team, typically 4-5 employees and be in charge of the monthly schedules, determining store hours and some sales events. You also get to run the Instagram and Facebook account for the Kismet Athens location, which I have had so much fun with- from organizing photoshoots, giveaways, and getting to create an aesthetic feed catered to our demographic. You will be on your feet moving around for the majority of shifts, and some heavy lifting involved with backstock, transfers, and merchandising. You must be focused on customer service and relationships- as this is a small business we have our regulars that you'll recognize and we want our customers to keep coming back for that special Kismet experience. Managers will typically work 4-5 shifts a week, and must have full availability (especially on those busy OU weekends!), as it is considered full time. Applicants must have prior retail experience, be detail oriented, punctual, and have great leadership skills. If you know of anyone in the RFPD program who is interested in applying, please send them my way! They can email me a cover letter and resume here, or even better if they can drop it off in person! This would be a great position for a rising senior or fifth year. Best, Mackenzie Kismet Athens Manager -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
