I got the following e-mail from a designer/product developer about an internship/part time work opportunity in Eastern Pennsylvania.  Gayle's contact information is at the bottom if you have any questions.  She is looking for someone right away.

Email message:

I am a certified professional interior designer (ASID), with a  new apparel item in its early stages.

The apparel item, titled Fan Reps, is a lower leg covering intended for comfort and statement.  The design so far has been aligned with team/school colors or hobbies and favorite pastimes.
Thus far, the product has been submitted for patent, submitted for professional sport licensing, displayed at various trade shows and sold through various boutique outlets.

I am interested in the possibly of  hiring  an intern to help me organize my current product inventory, explore design modification, manufacturing and marketing this product.

My goal and reason for developing an internship for the refinement, production and marketing of the Fan Reps is to create a product that can be more broadly  merchandised.

I thought it  might be a good fit for a student majoring in this field.

I am looking for a student who is organized, well versed in marketing/social media, creative & motivated.

Initially this would be part time, 2-3 days per week, paid hourly, and starting immediately
The length of the internship will depend on the progress we make.

The intern would be working with me at my studio(in my home), at the warehouse where I keep my inventory, and possibly a trip to the factory where my product has been manufactured in Eastern PA
I am located in Peters Township, PA.
