True Religion is seeking an applicant to fill an immediate position in their NY wholesale showroom. Interested applicants should apply ASAP.



DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Receptionist/Office Manager will provide support to the sales executives, directors, and SVP. This position is a hands-on member of the sales team, responsible for general office support, organization and front desk coverage. College degree preferred.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Answering phones and greeting customers

-Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the business in order to support sales team

-Manage showroom appearance, supplies, assist with filing, and miscellaneous tasks associated with everyday needs

-Manage showroom line sheets

-Multi-task in a busy showroom environment

-Assist in Trade Show preparations

-Create and process invoices through accounting

-IT troubleshooting: office computers, internet, phones, printers, faxes, etc.

-Sample coordination for department stores

-Experience in multi-tasking environment
