Hi Dr. Paulins,

My name is Laura Pawelec I graduated from the Reatil merchandising and Fashion Product Development program in June of 2011.  I currently work for Dillard's in Beachwood, OH as an Assistant Area Sales Manager for the men's department.  We are currently looking for full time sales associates (about 35-40hrs/week).  We do pay well and start at at least 11$/hr with a raise opportunity after 3 months.  This is our flagship store in the region so it is very fast paced and high energy.  I started with the company 6 months ago as an associate and am already managing an $8 Million dollar a year area, there is definitely room to grow with us and build your career.  If you would pass this along to the fashion students I would greatly appreciate it!
