New Yorck City based Bridal Designer Seeking full-time/part-time experienced sales associates to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a fun enviroment with a team of great people. This position calls for sales, exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who possess a fun personality and share our passion for fashion.
Job responsibilities include:
•Provide solutions to customers with their bridal and bridesmaid needs on appointment basis
•Cultivate rapport with all customers
•Fit and pin dresses
•Develop knowledge of all aspects of wedding design (flowers, photography, venues, themes)
•Provide superior customer service
•Track and communicate order status with brides
•Invoice retail orders as needed
•Offer solutions to problems following company guidelines
•Respond to emails in a timely manner
•Document and follow-up customer complaints
SCHEDULE: Weekdays from 10-7pm and Weekends 10-5pm
Full/time $35,000 per year with bonus incentives
