MIT(Manager-In-Training):
The Hollister training program is a comprehensive 90-day plan focused on 
immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. Training is conducted 
in stores, and is broken down into weekly increments of focus. Each period the 
trainee will shadow a different member of the management team providing 
exposure to men's and women's merchandising, campus recruiting, scheduling, 
and basic principles of management. The store manager will conduct weekly 
performance assessments. Ideally, progression from this position to store 
manager should be within 8-10 months. After a successful period of store 
management various career opportunities include and are not limited to, 
district management, college recruiting, visual merchandising, and rehab team. 
Creativity and brand imaging are consistently communicated through a work 
hard, play hard mentality.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Mangers spend six to twelve months managing a specific department 
within the store. They are given accountability in order to become comfortable 
with leadership. Assistant Managers develop managerial and presentation skills.

STORE MANAGER
Promotion to Store Manager could happen as quickly as a year from entry into 
the MIT program. Store Managers receive a salary increase and responsibility 
over MITs and Assistant Manager.

DISTRICT MANAGER
DMs (District Managers) are responsible for the operation of eight to ten 
stores. Each Store Manager reports directly to the DM. District Management 
involves consulting, training and teaching Store Managers. DMs receive a 
salary increase and are often relocated.
