Hi Jerry Mobley ,

I found your name on the Student Organizations website, and I'm hoping you can help me. I am a Program Coordinator with Cardinal Scholars, and we're looking to hire more Ohio University students interested in tutoring. We recruit our tutors from some of the top schools in the country, and our hiring criteria includes academic excellence, a personable nature, and most importantly: an aptitude for teaching!

I've included more information about Cardinal Scholars and the position below. I'd love if you would forward this along to any students who may be interested-or if there's someone else I should contact instead, can you point me in their direction?

Thanks for your time!

Inas

Cardinal Scholars<http://www.cardinalscholars.com/about/index/> is a service that connects tutors with elementary, middle school, high school, and college students seeking help. Tutoring sessions can take place at the student's home, at a nearby library, on the tutor's campus, or even via Skype.

New tutors can join our platform to be considered for local opportunities that match their subject skills and weekly availability.

Desired Skills and Experience: Teaching, Tutoring, Leadership, and Mentorship

Responsibilities: Tutor local students based on your subject preference and availability (work as much or as little as you'd like!)

Qualifications: Fantastic teachers who have experience teaching or mentoring others, are academically curious and intelligent, and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Compensation: Online tutoring sessions start at $17/hour, and in-person tutoring ranges from $23/hour up to $50/hour.

We connect tutors all over the country with students in their area for in-person tutoring-as well as online sessions-so you can tutor in your hometown during breaks and in your college town during the school year!

To learn more, please visit cardinalscholars.com/about<http://www.cardinalscholars.com/about/index/> and check out our FAQ's for tutors<http://www.cardinalscholars.com/tutors/tutors_faq.php>.

Coming on board as a tutor does not guarantee immediate tutoring work but does offer the opportunity to be matched for an assignment if we receive a tutoring request in your area for in-person tutoring and/or around the country for online tutoring.
