[Ouctm-l] TUESDAY NIGHT: Touchy Feely Math

On Tuesday night, December 3, in 234 McCracken, Dr. Bob Klein will present to OUCTM on:
"In Defense of Touchy Feely Math”
Klein will discuss how engaging tactile senses can afford deeper learning and questioning strategies in mathematics. Participants will work with hands-on examples of “evocative objects.”

This OUCTM event starts at 7:45 but jokes begin at 7:30.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend. You will have the opportunity to both touch AND feel some good math.
