Rescheduled: Facilities Complex FM1, FM2, and University Service Center – Water Outage

The City of Athens has rescheduled the water outage for Monday, March 30, 2020 – Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

Original Notice:

The Design & Construction Department has scheduled work to be performed on the Domestic Water line serving FM1, FM2, and University Service Center beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. through Thursday March 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.  The outage will result in loss of water to the buildings during this time.  Temporary restrooms and hand washing will be provided during the outage.

Additionally, portions of Factory Street between Union and Station Street will be impacted beginning Monday March 23 through Friday March 27.  Transportation and Parking Services will be sending additional information in the coming days.
