<p class="MsoNormal">All of us at the OHIO Business Service Center would like to take a moment to share our gratitude for our partners who are working with us every day to make OHIO Business Services a success. We have done over 3000 purchasing and travel
transactions in the last three months with an 89% customer satisfaction rating. We have also helped hire more than 225 new positions and recently completed fall budgets for approximately 33% of the overall university budget.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Our staff are working EVERY DAY to improve our customer service and we think it shows in our interactions with each of you. Our overall customer service survey reports 95% of you are Highly Satisfied/Satisfied. Thank you for continuing
