The OHIO Business Service Center has been working with our colleagues in OIT and Central Finance to enhance our intake forms for purchase and travel requests in My Bobcat Business<https://help.ohio.edu/TDClient/38/OHIOBSC/Home/>. We are happy to let you know that our forms will begin to have an enhanced user experience based on the timeline below:

Some of the key feature enhancements in the newly formatted forms include, but are not limited to, the following:

Improved layout/user experience
  *
Auto-calculation of estimated totals
  *
Option to select account numbers (cost centers), tailored to the requestor, from a drop-down menu
  *
Option to validate a manually entered account number
  *
Option to attach up to 10 documents of up to 4 MB each upon request submission
