a sophomore studying Sociology here at Ohio University in the Honors Tutorial College. Our goal is to engage students in the political process around climate change and other environmental issues.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to let you know about an upcoming event film screening that will be presented by Defend Our Future on October 24th at 7:00pm. We ask you to please share the attached flyer with your students in any way that you think is appropriate.
We believe that the students in your class would greatly benefit from attending this event by seeing real-world examples of individuals and communities working together to conserve the land and oceans that we depend on for food. Students will also be invited
to participate in a group discussion after the event that will include actions we can tae here in Athens to protect the environment and fight climate change.<o:p></o:p></p>

the American heartland. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Unfolding as a journey down the Mississippi River, <i><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in">Rancher, Farmer, Fisherman</span></i> tells the stories of five
representatives of this stewardship movement: a Montana rancher, a Kansas farmer, a Mississippi riverman, a Louisiana shrimper and a Gulf fisherman. In exploring their work, family histories and the essential geographies they protect, <i><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0in">Rancher,
