<p class="MsoNormal">It is time to award the OCEES Graduate Fellowships for next year. Information on the fellows program, the application form and instructions are now on the OCEES website (and they are attached as well).

<p class="MsoNormal">Eligibility: <b>Students of OCEES faculty that have approved dissertation research proposals (or masters thesis proposal approved by the end of the current semester) are eligible to apply.</b>
