Hi Folks:

We will have our first OCEES meeting this Wednesday, September 17th.  To get the ball rolling, we are going to try something a little different and have a paper discussion.  I sent the paper out last week, but here it is attached again.  I really hope you can join us and help kick off the semester. 

We also have additional spots open for talks.  Please reach out to me if you would like to present this semester.
