Hi everyone,

This is a reminder that the OCEES research fair is THIS FRIDAY, April 25th, starting at 4 pm. Judging will take place starting at 2pm so please make sure all new posters are up by 1pm on Friday.

Faculty, please let your undergraduate students know that this event is for both undergraduates and graduate students. There will be a $200 prize for both the first place undergraduate and graduate entries!

Subject: OCEES Research Fair 2025

Hello everyone,

As one of the organizers of the OCEES Research Fair 2025, I am pleased to inform you of our upcoming event Friday, April 25th, starting at 4 pm. This event is focused on presenting the amazing science that undergraduate and graduate students in OCEES have done this year. We encourage all students in OCEES who have a poster to participate.

To facilitate the smooth running of the event, I kindly request those who have previous posters on the LSB ground floor that they do not wish to be judged to take them down by Monday, April 21st , to make space for new submissions.

New posters should be put up before 1 pm on Friday, April 25th.

Please note that once the event is over, posters affiliated with labs may be put back on display in the hall.

In addition to the poster presentations, we will also have snacks to celebrate the end of the semester and provide an opportunity for OCEES members to gather before the summer break.

We look forward to seeing you all there and celebrating the outstanding research contributions of the OCEES community.
