[Ocees] Conservation Biology Search #3: Sean Giery

Hello Everyone!



The Conservation search in BIOS continues!  We’ll have two speakers this week: Marketa Zimova is visiting today and Tuesday, and Sean Giery is visiting on Thursday and Friday.  Our final candidate will come next week (finals week) on Thursday & Friday.

I’ve already sent around the information for Marketa Zimova. This email regards our 3rd candidate, Sean Giery.

I’ve attached three documents:
- His CV
- Flier advertising his talk.
- His schedule

If you’d like to meet with Dr. Giery, please select a time on her schedule and email me (kuchta at ohio.edu).

His research seminar is on Thursday (4/27).  The title is:

Hip waders to hurricanes:
An integrative program for exploring
eco-evolutionary dynamics in nature

The seminar will be from 4-5 PM in Porter, room 104.

Note the building and room are different from most BIOS seminars.
