[Ocees] Poster Expo 26 April

Dear All,

Just a reminder and instructions for the poster Expo on Friday. We are asking that students have their posters up by 1:30 to facilitate the judging. Posters should be hung on the cork strips of the first floor hallway of LSB. Students should be reusing poster from the larger research expo a few weeks ago. Please do not have students print new posters. Judging will be separated between graduate and undergraduate students. Faculty please advise your undergrads to participate as many of them may not be on this email list. We will have a celebration from 4:30 until 6:30 in the lunch room and list floor of LSB to view posters, congratulate all our students, and celebrate the end of the semester. Awards announcements will begin at 5:15.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I will be available to help with hanging posters and if the time from 1 to 1:30 does not work for you or your student please contact me and we will make sure the poster gets displayed. Students are asked not to be in attendance during the judging.
