[Oafcs] Early Bird Deadline and Awards

The deadline to register at the Early Bird price is December 30, 2019.
Registration can be made by check or PayPal at the site. Also available are
award nomination forms, due by January 15. Do you know a friend or
colleague who is deserving? Check out the various categories.

The conference schedule is also available so that you can examine the
improved plan! Hope to see you there.
