In addition to being Valentine’s Day, February 14 is another important day. It is the last day to receive the Early Bird discount for the OAFCS Annual Conference. Visit www.OAFCS.org  to register online—or to access the mail in form. Don’t forget to check out the Science and Food Safety Workshop being offered. 

Notice that there is a new schedule with a condensed time format so you still have your weekend free. Also--the two keynote speakers are nationally recognized names so please invite others to attend with you.
