I would suggest that you do not view the Pp in slide show mode as there are many notes included. Download and scroll down the side bar to access each page or view it in 'working mode' so you can view the explanations with each slide.

As the Fall Leadership Workshop, you were introduced to the vision of the FCS Academy.

On November 1, we shared the updated concept paper<http://aafcs.us1.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=bee11993ef54296c205934b97&id=c73658d475&e=4QcNSvpmpM>. We're pleased to now share an updated FCS Academy presentation. This presentation, along with the concept paper, provide the background and preliminary details of the FCS Academy Model.  Several minor clarifications have been made to the presentation based on the discussion during the workshop.  We appreciate your patience while incorporating these revisions before sharing the PPT with you.
