[Newman-l] Week 7

Hi Newmaners!


Cheers to midterm week! My hope for everyone is that you survive to see spring break, and that your computers are less broken than mine.



Some exciting announcements for this week:

The Rosary will be prayed Tuesday night  (tonight) at St. Paul's at 8:30.

There will be NO Java and Jesus tomorrow.

Wednesday night is the weekly Newman meeting! Everything will be at St. Paul's.
       Mass is at 5:15
       Dinner is at 6:00
       The Newman meeting starts at 7:15
And it's the last Wednesday in February which can only mean one thing: CAKE WEEK!!

Don't forget to be prayerfully discerning about our need for people to join the Newman officer team for next year! Applications are due Saturday, March 14.

Ladies for the Lord will start back up the second week after spring break (March 16)!

Race for a Reason is April 25. We will hear more about this in the meetings to come, so keep your head on a swivel.


Don't forget:
SPRING RETREAT will be March 20-22!!!


And also don't forget this week's Twitter competition! Tweet your best Catholic selfie: a picture of you with someone or something Catholic, or doing something Catholic in nature! (Nothing sacreligious, obviously!) Responses must be in no later than Wednesday at noon! Make sure you follow and tag @OhioNewman and use the hashtag #Catholicselfie. Get goofy, get silly, and keep it light! The winner will be announced at the end of Wednesday's meeting.
