[Newman-l] Student/Campus Involvement Fair

Hello Newmaners!

REMINDER: The Student Involvement Fair is Monday September 5th from 3:30-5:30pm following the President's Convocation on College Green.  The Rain Room will be the concourse of the Convocation Center.

The Student Involvement Fair is comprised of over a hundred university organizations.  Each group has a 6 foot table and information to hand out such as flyers and candy as well as members of the organizations present to help introduce the group to freshmen and interested students.  FYI, chairs will not be provided as we are encouraged to stand during the event.  You are welcome to bring your own chair if you would like.

I would appreciate your help passing out our flyers, candy, Mass cards, etc, and introducing The Newman Community to those who would like to learn more.  The goal for this event is to get our name and faces out and about so interested students know whom to contact about details and have a familiar face to look for when at church, meetings, and around campus.  Please let me know if you are interested in helping with this event.  Even if you will be just passing by, I encourage you to stop by and visit for a minute.  I would love to see as many faces as possible!

If you plan on helping out for the entire event, please meet us no later than 3:15pm on College Green.  Unfortunately I do not yet know where our section will be and won't until Monday afternoon; however, feel free to shoot me a text or simply browse the other booths until you spot us!
