It starts October 26th at the Hilton Orrington in Evanston, Illinois. I just wanted to send a few reminders related to the conference this year.<br><br>First, the Conference Program is available at our <a href="http://mwera.org">mwera.org</a> website. That website is also where you can submit your conference registration online. The "early bird" registration ends soon. After that, the registration will increase to its full price. You can register at <a href="http://mwera.org">mwera.org</a> using our secure Online Store. Be sure to pay for both membership and the conference if you are participating in the program, but members always get better conference registration rates---even if you join now. And please join at least one division.<br><br>Also, our block of rooms at the Hilton Orrington is only guaranteed through September 25 (or until our block of rooms is full), so book your room soon. But you need to contact the hotel directly for a room. Please be sure to use the MEDU Group/Convention Code when you book your room. Last year we ran out of rooms in our conference block, so I expect that we may run out of rooms this year too. You can reserve by telephone at 1-800-HILTONS or online at <a href="http://www.orringtonevanston.hilton.com">www.orringtonevanston.hilton.com</a>.<br><br>Finally, whether you plan to attend the conference or not, you can always renew your annual MWERA membership using our online store.
