We are exactly TWO weeks away from the 2021 MWERA Annual Meeting at the
Graduate Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio! As a reminder, please search for your

role as a presenter, discussant, and/or chair.  *Please let me know as soon
as possible if you will not be present for any of your sessions*.  Please
plan to attend the entire conference as there are many exceptional
workshops, paper presentations, poster presentations, research in progress
presentations, symposiums, and social events as well as our keynote
luncheon.



As a friendly reminder, if you are presenting a paper (including research
in progress), you should *submit your full paper (not just the proposal) to
All-Academic*.  It is very important that you submit your full paper to
All-Academic so your session Chair and Discussant may review it in
advance.  To submit your full paper to All-Academic, please visit the
online schedule link listed above, login, and submit your full paper the
same way you submitted your paper proposal (tutorial video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7crbkn9I6SM&feature=youtu.be). The video is
from our 2019 conference but still provides important information.

  Wednesday, October 13th from 12:00-1:10pm: MWERA New Member and
First--Time Attendee Welcome Session  Wednesday, October 13th from
5:30-7:30pm: MWERA Opening Night Welcome Reception   Thursday, October 14th
from 8:00-9:10am: Poster Sessions in the Corn Hole Room

Thursday, October 14th from 2:30 – 4:00: Snack Break, East and Central
Break Areas
  Thursday, October 14th from 5:40-6:20pm: MWERA Presidential Address
 Thursday,
October 14th from 6:30-8:00pm: MWERA President’s Reception    Friday,
October 15th from 9:20-10:30am: MWERA General Business Meeting - All
Members are invited to attend   Friday, October 15th from
10:45-11:15am: Division
Business Meetings - plan to join a division   Friday, October 15th from
11:30-12:30pm: MWERA Keynote Speaker and Luncheon
