[MWERA] MWERA Conference

We are looking forward - with great anticipation - to the MWERA Conference,
October 13 -15th at the beautiful Graduate Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio! We
hope you have registered for the conference, but if not, there is still
time to do so. Please be assured that we are planning to make the MWERA
2021 conference a gathering that is as safe and fun as possible. To provide
some peace of mind:

   - All participants will be required to wear masks while in the
   conference center unless actively eating/drinking or presenting. A mask
   will be provided during check-in.
   - We highly recommend you be vaccinated in order to attend the
   conference.
   - Stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with
   anyone testing positive for COVID prior to the conference.

These are precautionary steps to keep our community safe and our members
healthy. We appreciate your cooperation and collaborative spirit.

   4. If you are a presenter, please put the finishing touches on your
   paper and *submit it to the All-Academic system no later than 11:59pm
   Eastern Time on Sept. 14, 2021. *To submit your full paper to
   All-Academic, please login, and submit your full paper the same way you
   submitted your paper proposal.  To learn more about this process, please

   is from our 2019 conference but still provides valuable information for
   uploading your paper and adding information to your personal schedule.
   5. If your plans have changed and you are not able to attend the
   conference, please contact the division chair or me directly.
   6. Unfortunately, we are not able to support Zoom options for
   presentations because the hotel can't guarantee the strength of their
   bandwidth.
   7. Plan to attend as many sessions as you can; engage in conversations
   with your colleagues.
