As a reminder, *please search for your name in the online program* to check
for your role as a presenter, discussant, and/or chair.  The Division
Chairs have also sent out accept/reject proposal notifications as well as
discussant and chair reminders.  You should have received your
notifications.



If you were accepted as a presenter, you will need to upload your full
paper to All-Academic (visit the online program website, sign in, and click
on Main Menu, and then under Submitter Menu, click on Submit or Edit a
Proposal).  *You should upload your full paper for the discussants to read
before September 14, 2021*.  Please also bring a few hard copies of your
paper to the presentation.

"early bird" conference registration ends September 12, 2021. We will be
drawing two names and giving away two MWERA memberships at the Business
meeting on Friday for those who complete the early bird registrations. * After
that, the conference registration will increase to the full price. You may
choose to pay for both the 2021 membership and conference registration
together, or you may do membership and conference registration separately.
Please remember that if you are participating in the program, you must both
be a member and be registered for the conference.  And, please join at
least one division appropriate for your academic and professional
interests.  *Please note that submitting your proposal through All-Academic
did not register you for the conference.

Our block of rooms at the Graduate Hotels in Cincinnati is only guaranteed
through September 12, 2021 (or until our block of rooms is full), so book
your room early.  Please be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the
Mid-Western Educational Research Association room block and use the code
