<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">This course will instill in students a deeper understanding of various concepts in elementary mathematics
<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">such as place values, standard algorithms in arithmetic, divisibility tests, prime factorization, and irrationality. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
