[Mathregionals] FW: Reminder- Ohio Mathematics Initiative Surveys

I apologize for the tight turnaround on this, as I did not realize there was a faculty survey among the documents I was emailed earlier in the month.

What I'm sending around is a short survey from the Ohio Mathematics Initiative trying to gauge interest in a few projects common to all our institutions, and to get more people involved.  Please take a look at this, and if you are interested, please be sure to fill out the survey by next Monday, February 4.

NB: The actual survey needs to be filled out via the link included in the attached memo.

This is a chance for interested parties to get involved with activities at the state level.

First, please review the attached memo for Ohio Mathematics Chairs/Leads. A copy of the mathematics Chairs/Leads survey is attached above.

All mathematics faculty are encourages to complete the faculty survey and all Ohio mathematics Chairs/Leads are encouraged to complete the Chairs/Leads survey.
