I have emailed your LSU meeting schedule for the remainder of the semester to Dr. Clarke, so she can choose a time if you want to meet. Please let me know if you would like her to attend your meeting. Since I haven't seen you in a while, I will attend next week's meeting.

Also, a colleague in the Alumni office would also like to talk to you about Latino alumni. Can she attend one of your meeting?

I am glad to see LSU is active! The minutes are great. 

We definitely need to talk ASAP.  A great opportunity has presented itself yet again for LSU. 

Also, I wanted to confirm that I can stay on board as your advisor for the upcoming year. As you can see, I have not been able to attend your meetings, but if we can communicate via email, we should be fine.
