Hi Sarah,

I hope you had a good Thanksgiving break.  I'm just checking in to see if you were able to send out my survey to the LSU e-mail list after I conducted the survey during the LSU meeting on November 15.  I haven't received any responses, so I just wanted to make sure that my message to you didn't get lost in the shuffle.  I'm still short on respondents and I need to start analyzing my data as soon as possible, so I'm hoping to have responses by Wednesday evening this week.

I've attached the survey so you can send it out if you haven't already.  Or perhaps if you did already send it out you wouldn't mind sending a reminder e-mail?  I'm getting really desperate and could use all the help I can get!

A response at your earliest convenience would be most appreciated.
