Greetings from the Campus Involvement Center!

You are receiving this message because your name was listed as the contact person for a student organization/department that is registered for the 2012 Campus Involvement Fair, to be held Sunday, August, 26, from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. on the College Green.

Listed below is important information regarding the fair:


·         Check-in for your organization will be held from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the College Gate (across from old Baker)

·         Each registered organization will be assigned a 6 foot table that will be set up upon arrival; chairs will not be provided but several will be available from staff for those with disabilities or special needs

·         Your table must be staffed between the hours of 3: 30 – 5:30 p.m.

·         We request that no more than 2 representatives from each organization be present (this is due to overcrowding and limited space on the College Green)

·         You may bring display boards, brochures, etc. to showcase your organization

·         Electric is not available; battery operated laptops and other computer devices are allowed

·         Live animals are not permitted at the fair (we ask that you leave your pets at home)

·         Following the fair, you are responsible for tearing down your table and returning it to one of the drop off stations near the front of College Green
We are hopeful that it will be 80 degrees and sunny but in the case of rain, the Campus Involvement Fair will be cancelled and not rescheduled.  If this happens you will receive an email before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the fair notifying you of this decision.
