[Latino Student Union OU] LSU Announcement

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to remind all of those who weren't at the meeting last Wednesday that there will not be a meeting tomorrow due to the event "The Cultural Food Throw-Down" taking place. This event will be held in Gordy Hall, room 201 at 7:00 p.m. It is a competition which gives everyone an opportunity to bring in a dish from their culture, or any for that matter, and the winner will receive a dinner for two and dessert at Casa Lopez on Court Street. It will be a great time with a lot of delicious food for everyone to enjoy so I hope to see all of LSU there!

Here are the minutes from tonight's meeting. Also, here are some dates for upcoming events:

- This saturday is the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes march. Sign up/check in is at 11:30am in Baker. Here is the link and more information on the event. For those of you who volunteered to do the march today, sign up under LSU & wear your LSU shirts. (if you have them)
