[Latino Student Union OU] Meeting/SHIRTS

Hey everybody,

Tomorrow we will be meeting in Baker Center Room 229 at 7pm. I have a quote for the shirts and the price should be about $12 but I need a list of who wants a shirt and sizes, I will be placing the order no later than Friday. I will not be able to attend the meeting tomorrow so if the secretary could write down a list with who wants a shirt and sizes and also with the money for the shirts, then I can place the order.

I also have this company that has Country Flag Patches that we could put on the sleeve of the shirts, These are $3 a piece if anybody is interested in that.

Lastly, tomorrow at the meeting make sure those that haven't paid dues (It's just $5) bring it in, also bring in money for shirts and lastly, finalize the details for this quesadilla sale were having, make a committee of 3-4 people that can get everything done for this. Make a shift schedule as well so we know who is going to be there at what time.

Secretary - at the meeting tomorrow ask everybody if they are receiving emails from LSU if not add them to the list serve.
Treasurer - we need a report of the finances tomorrow. Also that all money has been deposited from last week.
