Below are my most recent correspondences on the comedy show.

Here's is what we can do... There are a few shuttles that could transport the comics between their hotel and your campus- so the students would not have to pick up the artists.  We have two options:

1)   The shuttle for 2 people one way runs approx $150.  So for a round trip, it would be approx $300.  If we can get the paperwork back in a couple of weeks and the air travel stays the same, we can cover half the total shuttle fee and add the other half to the total show cost.  So instead of the show costing $4300, we can bundle half the transportation which totals $4450.00.

2)  For $4300 we could get a shuttle to take the comics to your campus and some of the students could take them back to their hotel near their airport.

The show will be held in Athens, Ohio in Baker Center Theatre  and we plan to have it start 8pm  with the doors opening at 7:45 or 7:30 pm. The venue is booked from 6:30 until 10 PM. Do we have to have the comedians fly down the day before, because that will be a Wednesday, making it harder  for us as students to pick them  up.
