My name is Erika Wollin and I work for the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Division of Information Technology.  We have an exciting job opportunity
available that we think a recent graduate of a student affairs program
would be perfect for.  I am hoping someone from your office could pass this
opportunity along to the recent graduates of your program.



The Student Operations Coordinator candidate we are seeking will be
responsible for leading a large student team (approximately 70-80 students)
performing the daily operations of the Level One Help Desk for the Division
of Information Technology (DoIT). This involves recruiting and developing
Help Desk students; providing outstanding technical support; leading
strategic planning and project management; and communicating with a wide
variety of audiences.
