The 2013 International Conference on Advanced ICT(Information and Communication Technology) for Education (ICAICTE2013), which will be held on September 20-22, 2013 in Hainan, China. Hainan is an island in the South of China. Hainan is China’s version of Hawaii and it is becoming more popular with international tourists as well. Residents from many countries, including the US and Canada, can visit the island without a visa.</p>
