The conference will be held on August 10-12, 2012 at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China and organized by the Society of International Chinese in Educational Technology (SICET). As a nonpolitical, non-profit academic organization, SICET aggregates international scholars and experts in the field of educational technology to encourage academic cooperation and support among members. The main theme of the conference in this year is Educational Innovation through Technology. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The selected papers will be invited to submit to the Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange (JETDE) or International Journal of Technology in Teaching and Learning (IJTTL).<br>
