The Instructional and Online Media Specialist (IOMS) provides technical support for faculty and students taking classes at Bentley, both on campus and online. The IOMS reports directly to the Manager of Classroom Presentation Technologies. While the IOMS will be responsible for attending to on-campus classroom-related technical issues, s/he will also troubleshoot and assist off-campus students with audio and other issues related to real-time online "hybrid" classes.<br>
