While the SIOMS will be responsible for attending to on campus classroom-related technical issues, s/he will also troubleshoot and assist off-campus students with audio and other issues related to real-time online "hybrid" classes offered through the 13 of our 80 smart classrooms equipped with microphones and webcams.<br>
