you who may not know -- ICT is the international equivalent of our
instructional technology in most countries.) He has also been a huge help in
working with our MED graduate students in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Ghana</st1:place></st1:country-region> which will graduate this
