<div style="word-wrap:break-word">Teresa and David,<div>I&#39;m attaching the flyer about the summer ELIP (English Language Improvement Program) courses. These are the Graduate Writing and Oral Communication courses. They&#39;re no longer under the OPIE prefix, but are under the ELIP prefix instead.</div>
<div><br></div><div><span>In the summer, these classes can be taken as part of the normal course load for no additional tuition fees. Students on a university tuition waiver for the 2008-09 or 2009-10 academic years can take these classes with no tuition costs, if they take at least 9 hours of coursework.</span> So that&#39;s a great deal! </div>
