1. Interaction/Information Designer
Daphne, AL
A Master's degree in Interaction Design or a related field with 4+ years of
experience is required. Knowledge of pedagogy, web-based apps, excellent
writing and proof reading skills are a must. A strong understanding of
instructional design principles is a must. Responsible for creating a new
paradigm in a LMS. Possess a solid understanding of how to design for
CMS/LMS driven websites. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash,
Dreamweaver and one of the established Learning Management Systems is a
plus.

2. Instructional Designer
Redlands, CA
Reporting to the Instructional Technology Services Manager; responsible for
providing assistance to faculty in the development of instructional
materials necessary to support online learning, project-based learning, and
"flipped classroom" projects. Will work collaboratively with subject matter
experts to assist them in development of various multimedia elements:
audio, video, and graphic/animated components in support of implementing
online learning, project-based learning, and flipped classroom
projects/assignments.

3. Training Supervisor
Mather, Ca
Supervises applications staff, including coordinating cross-functional
teams and resources across Sutter Health Information Services, Sutter
Health Affiliates, and/or other system related functional resources
required to implement and support Information Services projects at the
local, regional or enterprise level. Works closely with physicians,
clinical staff, and/or business operational leadership within Sutter Health
Information Services and Affiliates across the system to provide support &
training.

4. Director, Distance Learning (ID 3674)
Northridge, CA
Under general supervision of the Dean, Extended Learning, ensures that all
Distance Learning (DL) programs & services offered through ExL are at the
top level of excellence and distinction regionally, nationally, &
internationally. Responsible for the supervision and ongoing professional
development of the staff of the DL unit; ensures that DL projects are
completed on time with high quality; ensures that DL is focused on service
& is responsive to clients, and that the unit works within the budget
developed by the Director.
