Hello Graduates:

The IRB forms that you need to fill out for conducting research have
changed.  Please read the note below from Rebecca Cale and make note of the
new forms.  They will no longer accept the older forms.

Good evening.  You are receiving this email because you have been
identified as the faculty advisor in at least one active, IRB approved
research study.  Please note that all IRB submission forms (project outline
form, amendment form, periodic review form, etc.) have been recently
revised.  For future submissions, please advise student researchers to
visit the research compliance website at www.ohio.edu/research/compliance
to obtain the current form.  Use of new forms will be required as of *January
1, 2015*.  Please help us spread the word.
