Toledo, Ohio
The Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership in growing
Root's innovative digital solutions segment through acquisition of new
target accounts and current clients.  The Director will identify strategic
growth opportunities, provide direction on key macro-trends in the new
media sector, and champion new digital solutions services.  New account
prospecting and account acquisition through a consultative selling approach
providing customers with effective and innovative digital strategies and
solutions.

2. Learning Designer

Toledo, Ohio
This Learning Designer requires an individual who is self-motivated,
organized, and possesses strong communication skills to work with clients
and development teams.  Previous experience with training content
development, curriculum design, and use of authoring software are essential
for the design and development of a wide array of e-Learning and blended
deliverables.  Must have good communication skills, strong creative
talents, and a keen ability for problem solving.
