SAIC has an opening for a Program Analyst in support of the Technical
Support Working Group located in Virginia. The position involves supporting

terrorism. Position requirements include a Bachelor's degree in

Requirements: -Ideal candidate will manage, design, develop and deploy
courseware training solutions in an eLearning environment through sound
instructional design principles. -Knowledge of SCORM, Section 508, ADDIE
and ISD Objectives and Models is required -Must have experience in managing
multiple budgets -Ability to check any documentation for Quality Assurance
(QA) requirements
